Part 3 of 3 - New Year 2025 Special with Overeaters Anonymous and BBC Radio Lancashire
On the 8th November 2023, 6 Overeaters Anonymous members (2 in each of the 3 Podcast's to be released) share their Experience, Strength and Hope with BBC Radio Lancashire presenter Garry Scott in their Blackburn Studio.
The members got to choose a favourite song choice pertinent to their recovery from not only compulsive overeating, but also restrictive behaviours such as anorexia, and addictions to foods with, for example, refined Sugar.
Frank and Alan take up the final part of the show, along with all the guests at the end of this recording.
